Boot Camp Fitness Testimonial Burlington Vermont Bootcamp has really been good for me... I lost 20 pounds.

But it is not just the weight lost, it is about the life-style change with the help of Bootcamp. I never thought I would say this, but I have a lot of fun working out!!! If I don't do it, I feel moody, upset, irritable, and worst of all, I feel much more tired during the day. It is funny how early morning exercise will actually help with the energy level for the rest of the day. I used to think that if I deprived myself of one hour of sleep, I would not make it in the day...Well, the opposite has occurred. I feel more energetic and happier. When my alarm goes off in the morning, the one thing that helps me get out of bed is knowing how much fun exercising with a great group of people will be and how alive I will feel afterwards. I know now that I will never go back to the way I was for almost 15 years (overweight and unfit).

I plan on continuing for the rest of my life. I need Bootcamp to get the support of my trainers and fellow bootcampers.
